Casting Information

Production has the potential of being double cast, based on talent level available for casting, but is not guaranteed to be double cast. Performance schedule will be adjusted based on casting.

Production & Audition Fees

Audition Fees are $25 per student. The audition fee is applied to your total Production Fee of $150 which makes the remaining balance $125.  Production fees may be paid in payments split over 6 weeks, but must be paid in full before Tech Week begins.  Audition fees are non-transferrable and not refundable. Limited number of scholarships are available for each production. Please contact Mark Landis to receive the application for Scholarship.

Students are only called to rehearsal when they are needed and will not be called for the entire rehearsal unless needed.  Pizza will be available on Friday evenings for $5 per student.

Saturdays, any student that is called and might need to eat will be encouraged to bring a sack lunch or snack.

We’re excited to announce the cast of Into The Woods: A Community Theatre Production by Center Grove Fine Arts Academy.

Cast members will report for the first rehearsal Thursday, May 9 from 5:30-7:00.  We will hand out scripts and do a read through of the show. You will also receive instructions to download the music.

Congratulations to the Center Grove Fine Arts Academy cast of Peter Pan 1954 Broadway Musical!

The directing team is excited to announce the cast of Peter Pan! The show is double cast. If you find a name in the “Skull Rock” cast but no name listed in the “Mermaid Lagoon” that role has not been double cast. Those that are double cast will be performing in an ensemble role for their “off night” performances.

Skull Rock will perform April 4 @ 6:30 (Sensory Friendly Production), April 6 @ 3:30, April 12 @ 7:00, and April 14 @ 3:30

Mermaid Lagoon will perform April 5 @ 7:00, April 7 @ 3:30, April 11 @ 6:30 (Sensory Friendly Production), April 13 @ 3:30.

Ever wonder how to prepare for an audition? What you should expect when you come for your audition? What will you be expected to do in a callback? How should you prepare for a callback?

These questions and more will be answered at CGFAA’s Auditions and Callbacks Workshop.  The workshop is being taught by current CGFAA directors, Katie Landis and Abbey Ziemba.

When: December 9, 1:00-5:00.

Who should attend: Students ages 10-19 interested in improving their auditions for musicals
