Want more details? We understand. Any child activity can be a big undertaking for a family, and we want you to know what our shows entail.

Auditions

Auditions are held for every show. Every child will get a place in the show and there are no cuts made. There is an audition deposit, but that deposit will be applied to the production fee.

Fees

For our shows, the fee for 2024 is $205 per youth. You might expect to pay for a few costume elements that can be reused like “black pants” or “brown shoes”. Families with three or more children in the show pay a capped fee.

Scholarships are available for those who cannot afford our programs.

Summer Camps run one week and are separated into three age groups. Camp fees are $225 per youth.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals are held every week for up to 4 months leading up to a production.

Rehearsal blocks run 3-4 hours, 2 days per week depending on the show.

Your child will be called in blocks of hours and you will be informed by Wednesday of the rehearsal weekend and by Sunday for the Tuesday rehearsal, as to when your child needs to rehearse.

Kids will need to bring their own meals or snacks as needed.

Students should come ready to work for rehearsal, including having their script, pencil, highlighter, water bottle, snack if needed, and a smile!

Parent Involvement

We ask parents to serve on a volunteer team. There is a lot to get done, and parents have us running like a well-oiled machine! We love to know your particular skills that you could contribute. We have teams for: Backstage/Greenroom, Costumes, Set Build/Tech, Souvenirs/Concessions, PR, Props, Make-up, House/Programs, Rehearsal Meals, Historian. We also have need of Photographers, Orchestra members, and many strong arms for load in and load out!

Tech Week

Tech Week is the week prior to our first performance. We usually load in on Sunday and begin rehearsals on Monday evening at our venue. Rehearsals are mandatory and are every night of the week.

Productions

Our full productions are 6-8 performances over one to two weekends. Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday matinee and evening, and Sunday matinee and possible evening.

Our Junior and Kids productions are multiple performances over one weekend including a school day performance on Friday.
